  • When will I get my clothes back?

    Customers enjoy a 24-hour turnaround time for Wash & Fold, Launder & Press, and Household Items. Dry cleaned items have a 72-hour turnaround time. 

  • How much does the service cost?

    Our regular Wash & Fold service is priced at $1.99 per pound. Recurring orders receive a 10% discount, bringing the price down to $1.79 per pound. Pickup and delivery are free, with a minimum order requirement of 15 pounds. For other services, please refer to our pricing page, which shows the cost per item.

  • What days do you service my area?

    For all areas within our delivery range, we offer pickup and delivery every day of the week between 7AM to 12PM and 6:00PM to 10:00PM.

  • Do I need to separate my dry cleaning from my regular laundry?

    Yes - If you have both dry cleaning and wash & fold laundry then we request that you bag them separately

  • How should I bag my first order?

    You can leave your laundry in garbage bags, hampers, or any container you prefer. We will return your item back to you along with one of our custom laundry bags, which you can use for all future orders.

  • Where can I place an order?

    You can place an order by giving us a call, placing an order on our app (Hyperloop Laundry Delivery), or clicking the button below.

  • What if I'm not home for pickup or delivery?

    If you’re not home for pickup, you can simply leave your laundry outside for us to collect. We are also able to leave your clean laundry outside for your convenience. If there is no advance notice that you won’t be there when our driver arrives based on the ETA, there may be a charge of up to $10 for missed pickups or drop-offs.

  • Do you have different types of detergents and softeners?

    Yes, we offer a variety of options to meet your needs at no additional cost:

    • Regular Detergents and Softeners: Tide Oxy, Downy Softener
    • Hypoallergenic Detergents and Softeners: Tide Gentle & Free
    • Scent-Free Detergents and Softeners: Tide Gentle & Free
    • Baby Detergents and Softeners: Dreft Baby Detergent
  • What care preferences can I specify?

    We pride ourselves on providing the best service for our customers and accommodating their specific needs. You can specify a variety of care preferences, including separating whites and colors, washing temperature (cold, warm, hot), dryer heat (low, medium, high), requesting bleach, and other special instructions.




  • Can you return clothes on hangers?

    Yes, we can return your clothes on hangers. If you provide your own hangers, this service is free of charge. If you prefer, we can supply hangers for a small fee per hanger.

  • Can you hang dry my clothes?

    Yes, we can hang dry your clothes. Please note that the turnaround time for this service is 48 hours to ensure all clothes are thoroughly dried before delivery.

  • What can I not send?

    We do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. Before sending your laundry, please confirm that your laundry is the following:

    • Is safe and does not include bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or biohazardous materials
    • Is sanitary and does not include feces, urine, blood, or vomit, beyond traces normally found in household laundry
    • Excessive pet hair

    Violaters incur a $50 fee, and laundry will be returned "as is".
